Freedom in the Cross

There are a few people here for whom tonight was the first time that you prayed a commitment prayer to Jesus. The Lord wants you to know that it is not just a one time, but a prayer for your life. The Lord wants to remind each of us of the importance of committing each day to our Lord, and renewing ourselves in our commitment to Him.

“Moreover, not even Titus, who was with me, although he was a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised, but because of the false brothers secretly brought in, who slipped in to spy on our freedom that we have in Christ Jesus, that they might enslave us— to them we did not submit even for a moment, so that the truth of the gospel* might remain intact for you.” (Galatians 2:3-5).

“My children, you will not find freedom in the world, in the ways of the flesh. Come to the cross. That is the way you will find freedom. Accept My love and mercy.”

“Believe in My power in your life; do not doubt the things that I can do with you. There is no limit to what I can overcome and accomplish in your life if you let Me. My children, I am your God, above all things. Know that I am with you and desire to lift you up. You are precious to Me. I have such a love for you that you cannot fathom. Would that you only trust in My truth. I love you. I desire greater things for you.”
