“By grace you have been saved”

“Never fear to trust in God, for God loves you with an everlasting love.”

"My children, I am the seeker, I seek my beloved. Before you thought to turn to me, I was there before you with arms wide open. I love you, you are my own. Accept my love and mercy. I give it freely and abundantly that you may live."

“Or are you unaware that we who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?... We know that our old self was crucified with him, so that our sinful body might be done away with, that we might no longer be in slavery to sin… For a dead person has been absolved from sin. If, then, we have died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him. We know that Christ, raised from the dead, dies no more; death no longer has power over him. As to his death, he died to sin once and for all; as to his life, he lives for God. Consequently, you too must think of yourselves as (being) dead to sin and living for God in Christ Jesus.” (Rom 6:3, 6-11)

“Among these we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, following the desires of body and mind, and so we were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind. But God, who is rich in mercy, out of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved) (Eph 2:3-5)

“I have raised you to life in Christ, and my life is in you – that is – the Holy Spirit, that dwells in you.”

A sense that the Lord is saying, “I have been with you all along. You looked to me, and yet I am with you, silence everything, all the things around you, be still and know that I am God.”

A sense of the living God. He is alive! A living God!
